RICARDO SAIZ, PA-C

Ricardo Saiz has been employed by Mario Magcalas, M.D., P.A. from September 2004 to present as a full time physician assistant. He finished his Master of Medical Science at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale and Associated in Science Physician Assistant at the Miami Dade College, Miami, Florida in 2004.

He has certification at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), has active Florida State license, ACLS, BLS certified. He is also a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

ADENS PREVILON, PA-C

Adens Previlon, physician assistant, has been employed with Mario Magcalas, M.D., P.A. since May 2007 and continues to serve in this capacity to the present day. Prior to joining the practice, he gained valuable clinical experience working with one of the busiest cardiology groups in South Florida.

Mr. Previlon completed his Pre-Medical studies in 2001 at Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College School of Health Sciences, Bay Shore, NY, in 2003, and later achieved his Master’s degree from Touro College in 2017.

His professional background includes two years as a Physician Assistant at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, West Islip, NY, and another two years at New York University Medical Center, New York, NY.

Mr. Previlon is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), holds an active Florida State license, and maintains certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). He is also a proud member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

ROBERT E. HAWVER, PA-C

Robert E. Hawver has been employed by Mario Magcalas, M.D., P.A. from June 2008 to the present. Prior to joining the practice, Robert worked with Capital Pulmonary Intensives Physicians in Albany, New York as a Physician Assistant for eight (8) years.

Robert finished his Bachelor of Science in English at the University of Albany, NY in 1993. He went for the Physician Assistant program at the Albany-Hudson Valley in Albany, NY and finished in 2001.

He is Board Certified at the National commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), has active Florida License and is also ACLS, BLS certified.
